Port of Dover

Our 2050 Team at the Port comprises a small core team plus 20 representatives drawn from across our Directorates to ensure that as our plans develop, these are informed by the experience and knowledge of our people. The project is guided by a Steering Group which is attended by members of the Port’s Executive Team and chaired by the Project Sponsor, Christian Pryce. We are working with a best-in-class external multidisciplinary consultant team led by Arup, working with Egis, Agicon, Gerald Eve & PCLP, providing a wide breadth of technical expertise to develop the 2050 Plan. We're also using Commonplace to help facilitate the conversation digitally on our behalf. The information you provide will only be used for the purpose of developing our 2050 Plan.
